Joe, I'm sorry for the lost of Joe Ben. He had a personality that no one can ever forget. My dad looked forward to having coffee with him every morning at the store. Daddy always had some "Fat man" stories. He will always be Fat Man to our family since Scott named him that as a small boy, Joe Ben got a big laugh about that. He, Jennifer and Jake always had to go the store to get their suckers when visiting Mothe and Daddy. May God bless you and your family with the needed comfort.

First met Joe when I returned from U.S. Army in 1967. Went to work for Vessie Jenkins at Gregg #3 Liquor Store, working at night and on Saturday while attending Kilgore College. Saw Joe at the store almost daily. He befriended me and we liked one another right away. A good friend that I admired and liked since we first met. Rest in peace Joe you will be missed by all that knew you. Keith Norris
