Nancy Cato Bullock

I am a friend of Glen's sister-in-law, Dee Ellzey Murphy. In July, Jerry Dalrymple Kelly and I had a wonderful visit with Glen. He had the best stories about early days in Kilgore. Prayers for the family during this sad time.

One of the friendliest men I have ever met. I am sure he will be missed by many. God be with the family at times like these.

"General" as he was affectionately know by us will truly be missed. You and Melba were both a light to our lives and our church. Rest in the arms of Jesus and be at peace.

I loved going out to Mr. Lee’s shop. He was so kind and and sweet to help me pick out my violin when I first started playing in 1974 upon Kilgore ISD starting their orchestra program. My favorite memories of him are playing the fiddle. He would reluctantly agree to get one of his violins out after many requests from my me and my dad on our various visits out there. He was man of great integrity and strong character.

I was privileged to know Mr & Mrs Lee at Arabella of Kilgore because my mom was in the same area for about a year and a half. Mr Glen was amazing to me... he had an incredible memory and a great sense of humor, too. I was sad to hear this evening that Mr Glen had passed, but I know he missed sweet Ms Melba greatly, and I trust they are now reunited in Heaven.
I now live in Odessa, so I will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral. I hope the family will accept my sincere long-distance condolences in this loss. What a sweet, sweet couple Mr and Mrs Lee were.

As interim Executive Director at Arabella of Kilgore, I did not have the pleasure of spending too much time with Mr. Lacy. The staff that have been here speak highly of Mr Lacy and are heartbroken that he has left this earth. May you rest in peace sir. Don
