George S. Clary Guestbook

Collie, Twyla, and family. My heart breaks that George is gone, but also jumps because he saw his Jesus. I looked to George and Collie as to what marriage was meant to be. Between he and Collie and Bro. Donnie and Carolyn, they were the perfect examples! It wasn’t meant for me, but I used to love to just sit and watch or listen how they respected each other and I can still hear George and Collie laugh! It was such obvious great love. Not many get that kind of love. I’m so thankful to be able to say they were both part of my life. Welcome home George! We love you. See you soon.

Our prayers to the Ms Clary snd family. I think back to a picture I saw one time of a kid following a man and trying to step in his steps in the snow. His feet were small compared to the mans. But he tried to follow. We’re blessed with great people we meet in our lives that make such an enormous impression. Ones that light up the room when they’re in it. Grorge was one of those folks. He left big foot prints for you to walk in. He cared for others especially his wife. He could do anything he set his mind to. Setting having a cup of coffee with George was a pleasure especially if it was strong and stout. He’d pull that bottle of Tabasco sauce and put a few drops in and listening to him laugh. The best thing that can be said sometimes about someone is he was a “good man” George was a poster child for that statement. We’re all better individuals from having his as our friend. God blessed us there. You’ll be in our good memories.
