Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Jose Luis “Chaparro” Rodriguez, 66, of Kilgore will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Christ The King Catholic Church with Father John Henao officiating. Rosary will be recited on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Rader Funeral Home. Visitation will be immediately following the Rosary. Jose passed away on July 3, 2019 in a Longview hospital.

Mr. Rodriguez was born on July 7, 1952 in Mexico City. Jose moved to the United States 36 years ago. He worked for C & S Lease Services. Jose was a very active member of Christ The King Catholic Church. He will be missed by his loving family and many friends.

Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife of 45 years, Julia Rodriguez of Kilgore; children, Yazmin Rodriguez, Nancy Rodriguez, and Ander Rodriguez all of Kilgore; grandchildren, Ander Rodriguez, Julian Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez, Juan Mora, Christopher Mora, and Jose Miguel Lopez; 4 brothers 3 sisters; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Maria Rodriguez.
