Service for Arleta Dell Kerby Frame, 91, of Kilgore will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at ten o’clock in the morning at Kilgore City Cemetery with Reverend Jonathan Latham officiating. A visitation will be on Friday, September 1, 2023, at Rader Funeral Home from five until seven o’clock in the evening. Mrs. Frame completed her earthly journey on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at her home in Kilgore.
Arleta was born on July 14, 1932, in Grantsville, West Virginia, to Nela Lou James and Laurence Kerby. She graduated High School from Grantsville West Virginia High School. She married the love of her life Carlton B. Frame, and they shared many joyful years of marriage and five children together. Mrs. Frame was a Walmart associate before her retirement. Arleta had an enormous heart and was a wonderful mother. She always placed others before herself. Arleta top priority were her children. She even took care of stray animals throughout her neighborhood. Mrs. Frame was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all in need. She will be greatly missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing her.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons Terry Frame and wife Tammy, David Frame, and Kent Frame; grandchildren Robert Frame and Chris Frame; great-grandchildren Brently Frame, Jr., Vashti Frame, Bill Frame, Passion Frame, Paradise Frame, Favor Frame and wife Christine Frame, and Saylor Frame.
Arleta was reunited with her parents, husband Carlton B. Frame, grandson Brentley Frame, Sr., children Rodney Frame, and Cheryl Frame.
