Chrissy Elaine Blalock Sullivan

Cremation arrangements for Chrissy Elaine Blalock Sullivan 44, of Tatum are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023, from two until three o’clock in the afternoon. Chrissy completed her earthly journey on Sunday, July 30th, 2023, in Tatum, Texas.

Chrissy was born on July 19th, 1979, in Tyler to Jeff Brint Blalock and Shirley Elaine Holland. After graduating from Tatum High School, she began pursuing her passion of caring for others and completed nursing school at Kilgore College. Of the many places she loved working, she was most proud to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Premiere Pediatrics in Longview where she worked for numerous years. With a servant’s heart, she loved and cared for everyone around her. She was proud to be a nurse but was most proud to be a mother to her three children. When she was not working, Chrissy spent most of her time outdoors, whether that meant hunting or fishing. She was truly a blessing to everyone who had the opportunity to know her; to know Chrissy was to love her. Chrissy was a devoted daughter, mother, sister, and friend to all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish Chrissy’s memory are her parents, Jeff, and Shirley Blalock; daughter, Sophie Oubre of New Diana, daughter, Ella Sullivan of Longview, and son, Liam Sullivan of Longview; sister Robin Villena of Bullard, and brother Ramey Blalock and his wife Amber Blalock of Tatum; along with numerous other loving friends and family.

Chrissy is preceded in death by her grandmother Judy Holland and grandfather Pete Blalock.
