Elaine Bowman

Graveside services for Elaine Bowman, 73, of Gladewater, will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 2PM at Danville Cemetery. Elaine passed away on January 5, 2021 in Gladewater.

Duryea Elaine Bowman was born on August 19, 1947 in Kilgore to the late Milton Edward Hawkins and the late Cora Vickie Reid Hawkins. She loved to attend church and did so regularly until Covid began. Besides church, she loved to do crossword puzzles in her free time.

Elaine is survived by her husband Howard Bowman of Gladewater; daughters, Duryea Darlene “DeeDee” Booth and husband Kevin of Arkansas, Mandy Nelson and husband Kevin of Liberty City; grandchildren, Taylor, Rhastin, and Kole; and great granddaughter, Haven Elaine; sister, Diana Dent; and brother, David Hawkins; and several other family members.
