Ernest Earl Greer, Jr.

Graveside service for Ernest Greer, Jr., of Kilgore, Texas will be 10:00 am on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Kilgore Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. David Hampton officiating. Mr. Greer passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019 in Kilgore.

Mr. Greer was born December 29, 1959 in Vallejo, California to the late Earnest Earl Greer, Sr. and Mary Louise Flowers. Ernest owned his own business and was an entrepreneur. Mr. Greer enjoyed fishing, couponing and attending local auctions. He enjoyed giving and helping others in need and will be missed by all that knew him.

Mr. Greer was preceded in death by one sister and John Greer.

He is survived by his mother of his children, Thelma C. Mendenhall of Seattle, Washington; son, Michael C. Greer and wife Jenny B of Seattle, Washington; daughter, Melissa C. Howell and husband Chad of Burkburnett, Texas; brother, James E. Greer of California; granddaughter, Aubrey C. Howell as well as three nieces and other loving family members.
