Eulogio Zuniga

Eulogio Zuniga, age 76, of Kilore, Texas, passed away at his residence on March 23, 2025. He was born on March 11, 1949, in El Olivo Municipio de Ciudad del Maiz, San Luis Potosi.

Eulogio dedicated a significant portion of his life to the oil field industry, where he worked diligently until his retirement. He found joy in listening to music and cherished time spent with family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in his honor on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Christ The King Catholic Church in Kilgore, officiated by Father John Henao. A rosary will take place on Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore, followed by visitation.

Eulogio is preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Zuniga and Amalia Paredes Zuniga.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Maria Luisa Zuniga; children Mariana Baldazo and Gustabo Baldazo, Mercedes Chavez and Raymundo Chavez, Eloy Zuniga and Gricelda Zuniga, and Roel Zuniga and Mally Galvan; grandchildren Eric Baldazo and Rachel Baldazo, Cindy Baldazo and Martin Davis, Joel Chavez, Angelica Chavez and Jesus Muniz, Noel Chavez, Emilio Zuniga, Daniel Zuniga, David Zuniga, and Jourdin Hudman; great-grandchildren Alivia Baldazo and Luca Baldazo; along with numerous brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, and other relatives who will deeply miss him.

Eulogio's legacy will live on through the love he shared with his family and the memories cherished by all who knew him.

Eulogio Zúñiga, de 76 años, de Kilgore, Texas, falleció en su residencia el domingo 23 de marzo de 2025. Nació el 11 de marzo de 1949 en El Olivo Municipio de Ciudad del Maíz, San Luis Potosí.

Eulogio dedicó una parte importante de su vida a la industria de los yacimientos petrolíferos, donde trabajó diligentemente hasta su jubilación. Encontraba alegría al escuchar música y apreciaba el tiempo que pasaba con su familia y amigos.

Se llevará a cabo una Misa de Entierro Cristiano en su honor el jueves 27 de marzo de 2025 a las 10:00 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica Cristo Rey en Kilgore, oficiada por el Padre John Henao. Un rosario se llevará a cabo el miércoles por la noche a las 6:00 p.m. en la Funeraria Rader en Kilgore.

A Eulogio le preceden en la muerte sus padres, Pablo Zúñiga y Amalia Paredes Zúñiga.

Le sobreviven su devota esposa, María Luisa Zúñiga; los hijos Mariana Baldazo y Gustavo Baldazo, Mercedes Chávez y Raymundo Chávez, Eloy Zúñiga y Gricelda Zúñiga, y Roel Zúñiga y Mally Galván; nietos Eric Baldazo y Rachel Baldazo, Cindy Baldazo y Martin Davis, Joel Chávez, Angélica Chávez y Jesús Muñiz, Noel Chávez, Emilio Zúñiga, Daniel Zúñiga, David Zúñiga y Jourdin Hudman; bisnietos Alivia Baldazo y Luca Baldazo; junto con numerosos hermanos, hermanas, sobrinos, sobrinas y otros familiares que lo extrañarán profundamente.

El legado de Eulogio perdurará a través del amor que compartió con su familia y los recuerdos atesorados por todos los que lo conocieron.
