Mass of Christian Burial for Felipe Amaro Zuniga, 66, of Kilgore, will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Christ The King Catholic Church in Kilgore with Fr. John Henao officiating. Interment will follow in the Danville cemetery. Mr. Amaro completed his earthly journey on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in Longview.
Felipe was born on August 23, 1954 to Eulogio Amaro and Lucia Zuniga in C.D. Del Maiz, SLP, Mexico. He was a self-employed, heavy machine operator. He enjoyed watching old westerns, listening to music and being with his family and friends.
Felipe is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Marcos Amaro.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Felipe Amaro of Kilgore, Beatriz Amaro and her husband Jesse of Kilgore, Santiago Amaro and his wife Tiffany of Longview; siblings, Augustin Amaro, Beatriz Amaro, Rodolfo Amaro, Narciso Amaro, Abdulio Amaro, Alejandro Amaro and Rosaura Amaro and girlfriend, Juliana Sanchez.l Also, left to carry on his legacy are numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family members.
Mr. Amaro will be available for viewing and a register book will be available for signing on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. A rosary service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.

La misa de Entierro Cristiano para Felipe Amaro Zuniga, de 66 años, de Kilgore, se celebrará a la 1 p.m., el sábado 26 de diciembre de 2020 en Cristo Iglesia Católica Rey en Kilgore con el P. John Henao oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Danville. El Sr. Amaro completó su viaje terrenal el martes 22 de diciembre de 2020 en Longview.
Felipe nació el 23 de agosto de 1954, hijo de Eulogio Amaro y Lucia Zuniga en C.D. Del Maiz, SLP, México. Era un trabajador autónomo, operador de máquinas pesadas. Le gustaba ver viejos westerns, escuchar música y estar con su familia y amigos.
Felipe es precedido en la muerte por sus padres y una hermana Marcos Amaro.
Quedan para apreciar su memoria sus hijos, Felipe Amaro de Kilgore, Beatriz Amaro y su esposo Jesse de Kilgore, Santiago Amaro y su esposa Tiffany de Longview; hermanos, Augustin Amaro, Beatriz Amaro, Rodolfo Amaro, Narciso Amaro, Abdulio Amaro, Alejandro Amaro y Rosaura Amaro y novia, Juliana Sanchez.l También, se dejan llevar a cabo su legado son numerosas sobrinas, sobrinos, amigos y otros familiares amorosos.
El Sr. Amaro estará disponible para su visualización y un libro de registro estará disponible para su firma el jueves 24 de diciembre de 2020 en la funeraria. La familia recibirá amigos en la funeraria el sábado 26 de diciembre de 2020 desde las 9 a.m. hasta las 12 p.m. El servicio de rosario se llevará a cabo a las 10:30 a.m. en la Capilla de Rader Funeral Home en Kilgore.
