Gloria Jean Gleixner

Gloria J. Martin Gleixner, 85 of Longview, Texas passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024 at the Willows Nursing Home in Kilgore. Gloria was born on April 10, 1938 in Kilgore, Texas to the late Claude A. Martin and Eva Mae McGuffey. She was a 1956 graduate of Kilgore High School and was on the National Honor Society. Gloria retired from General Telephone Company after 37 years of employment.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Claudann Martin, brother, Bobby Martin and his wife Helen Martin; brother-in-law, Dwain Villyard and sister-in-law, Diane Martin.

Left to cherish her memory are sisters, Jacquelyn Friddle and husband Noolen Friddle of Kilgore, Sherry Villyard of Tyler; brother, Lowell K. Martin of New Diana and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial was held by the family on February 23, 2024.
