Private graveside services for Imogene Bonds Vanderburg, 98, of Kilgore are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Mrs. Vanderburg completed her earthly journey on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Imogene was born on February 8, 1922 in Kilgore to Carless and Myrtle Bonds. She was a longtime member of First Christian Church in Kilgore. Imogene enjoyed gardening, raising flowers and rescuing dogs. Her family was the source of her strength and spending time with them was when she was happiest.

Imogene was reunited with her parents, husband Johnnie Vanderburg, son Charles Norman Bonds and brothers Joe, Mack, Lee, Don, Richard and Gary Bonds.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Stanley Bonds and his wife Carol; grandchildren, Jay, Jana, Wendy, Heather, John; great-grandchildren, Cole, Logan, Hannah, Jack, Maggie, Mary Ann, Lucy; sisters, Anne Waller, Pat Propes and her husband Billy Wayne; sister-in-law, Betty Bonds and her furbaby, Bean. Also, left to carry on her legacy are numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family members.
