JULIA ANNETTE PONDER

Funeral services for Julia Annette Ponder, 53, of Overton, will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 at 2pm in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Freeman Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at Danville Cemetery. Julia passed away on November 25, 2019 surrounded by her family at home.

Julia was born on July 27, 1966 in West Helena, Arkansas to George Watts and Nellie O’Neal. She was the owner of the Whistlestop coffee shop in Kilgore. Julia loved cake decorating, fishing, and spending time with her grandbabies.

Julia is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

She is survived by her husband Danny Ponder of Overton; three sons, DJ Ponder and wife Katie of Canada, Stephen Ponder and wife Kerry of Canada, and Matthew Ponder and wife Kirsten of Kilgore; grandchildren, Peyton, Presley, Willow, Noah, Grace, Joseph, and one blessing on the way; a brother; William Alvin Watts of Arkansas, mother in law; Evelyn Ponder of Longview, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 1-2pm prior to the service.
