Margie Smith Reynolds Charping

Funeral services for Margie Smith Reynolds Charping, 88 of Kilgore will be 2 pm Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Chapel Rader Funeral Home with Brother Ken Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Crim’s Chapel Cemetery in Henderson, Texas. Margie Smith Reynolds Charping went to her heavenly home on April 22, 2019 at 2:22 a.m. She was a resident at Arbor Grace Skilled Nursing Home in Kilgore, Texas.

Margie was born July 25, 1930 in King County, daughter to Willis Burgess Smith and Flora Little Smith. Margie lived in Henderson prior to moving to Kilgore in 1970. She was a homemaker and was a member of Victory Road Baptist Church. Margie was lovingly called Nanny by all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren which was the source of strength and joy of her life and she will be missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by Marvin Reynolds, husband, Marvin Reynolds, Jr., Son, Infant Daughter, Chuck Charping, husband; parents, Willis Burgess Smith and Flora Little Smith brothers, Franklin Smith, Willis B. Smith, J.T. Smith, Curtis Smith, Leroy Smith and Hershell Smith; sisters, Ruby Pearl Smith, Dixie Williams, Thelma Turner and Lois Laminack.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Sandy and husband Dale Coble of Kilgore; four grandchildren, Eric Stanley and wife Liza of Kilgore, TX, Jenny Quinalty and husband Harland of Overton, TX, Vonna Crowley and husband, Cory of Gladewater, TX and Vandy Dubre and husband Scott of Tyler, TX; ten great grandchildren, Dustin Quinaltly and wife Cheyenne of Watford City, ND, Cody Quinalty of Overton, TX, Julie Stanley of Bossier City, LA, Kylie Crowley of Longview, TX, Emery, Annan and Mallie Dubre of Tyler, TX, Kyle McDaniel of Fort Bliss, TX, Cammi Deters and Cade Wall of Kilgore;TX; three great great grandchildren, Zolie and Annalynne Quinalty of Watford City, ND and Hadley Quinalty of Lindale, TX and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.
