Marti Lynn Daniels

Marti Lynn Daniels passed away on August 26, 2020, at her home in Kilgore; she was 64 years of age. The family will be receiving friends and family at the Chandler Street Church of Christ Fellowship Hall on Saturday, August 29, 2020 stating at 1:15 p.m..

Marti was born on August 22, 1956, in Kilgore to J.B. and Camelia Pace. Marti worked for many years as a Medical Lab Technician before retiring to spend her remaining years with her beloved husband Phillip Daniels. She enjoyed spending time in her garden and taking care of her plants, reading, and cooking. More than anything she loved her family. Her children and her grandchildren were her world.

She is survived by her children Scott Shafer of Kilgore, Chris and Shawna Shafer also of Kilgore; Alissa and Devin Brock of Elgin, Tessa and Nick Claustre of Irving; step-children, Ryan Lynn and Michael Burleigh, and Jay Daniels all of Louisiana; parents J.B. and Camelia Pace of Kilgore; grandchildren Spencer and Mary Shafer, Sadie Shafer, Cisie Shafer, and Scott Shafer, James, Caroline, and Lila Lynn Brock; step-grandchildren Rylie, Emmy, Kori, and John Michael Burleigh, Ada and Kate Daniels; great grandchildren Bernadette, Francisco, and Thomas Shafer; sister Regina Jordan of Kilgore; brothers Byron and Shelby Pace both of Kilgore. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Marti was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Daniels

Marti was loved by everyone who met her. She made everyone feel loved and special. There are not enough words to say how much she will be missed.

Cremations arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.
