Michel Ray Miles, a cherished son, husband, father, brother, Poppy and friend, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2024, in Overton, Texas, leaving behind a legacy filled with laughter and love. Additionally, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by owning and operating Time Out Bar in Kilgore, where he shared his charismatic personality and humor with patrons, creating a welcoming space filled with joy and camaraderie.
