Patricia Anne Peyton, born on January 11, 1947, in Beaumont, Texas, passed away on November 18, 2024 in Kilgore, Texas. She lived a life characterized by dedication to both her family and her career.

Patricia began her professional journey after graduating from French High School. She worked for Sun Oil Company for many years. Her commitment to service extended beyond her professional life; Patricia joined the United States Air Force, where she served as an Air Traffic Controller. Her military career included a two-year stationing in Ramstein, Germany, where she achieved the rank of Sergeant, in addition to various stateside locations.

She is survived by her loving husband, Virgil Peyton of Kilgore, whom she spent 38 cherished years. Patricia is also survived by her brother, LeRoy Sherman "Skip" Clark of Austin, and numerous nieces and nephews, including Kari Bersano and her husband Brian, Lauren Bersano, Andrew Bersano, Lindsey Bersano, Cheryl Clark, Lance Clark, Logan Clark and Gabriel Clark. She is additionally mourned by her sister-in-law, Lisa Clark, niece, Lilly Clark and nephews, Walker Clark and Hunter Clark.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy Sherman Clark and Aline Martin Kerr, as well as her brother, Rusty Clark.

A memorial visitation will be held in her honor on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Patricia's legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew and loved her. Private burial will be held at a later date.
