Funeral services for Raymond Leveritt, Jr., 45, of Kilgore will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Kilgore with Pastor Mike Park officiating. Burial will follow at the Danville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Raymond passed away in Kilgore on Thursday, January 26, 2023.

Raymond was born March 2, 1977, in Topeka, Kansas. He graduated from Longview High School, Class of ‘95. While at Longview High School, Raymond was active in the ROTC Program. After high school, He served in the United States Army and worked as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic. Raymond loved music and was an especially gifted guitar player. He was a master craftsman, loved to draw and was a jack of all trades. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends.

Raymond Leveritt Jr. is survived by his parents, Raymond Sr, and Nan Leveritt of Kilgore; his children Patrick Johnson of Tatum, Chloe Ryan of Kilgore, Matthew McGuire of Ft. Hood, and Lily Doss of Kilgore; siblings, Polly Autrey (Mitch) of Kilgore, Gabriel Leveritt of Kilgore, Amy Churchill (Chad) of Big Sandy, and Heidi Leveritt of Kilgore; former wife, Rebecca Leveritt of Kilgore; nieces and nephews, Ace Autrey, Parker Leveritt, Scarlett Churchill, Marilyn Churchill, James Winston Churchill, and Clara Churchill; aunt, uncle, cousins and other family and friends.
