Rhonda Venise Fowler

Graveside services for Rhonda Fowler, 56, of Longview will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2024 at Danville Cemetery with Rev. Mark Fried officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Friday afternoon at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Mrs. Fowler passed away on Monday, February 20, 2024 in Longview, Texas.

She was born on January 21, 1968 in Palestine, Texas, daughter to the late James "Buddy" and Wanda Fowler. Rhonda graduated from Kilgore College and was member of Forest Home Baptist Church. She owned and operated Betty’s Flower Shop and enjoyed playing the piano. Rhonda played in the Louisiana Symphony for several years. She was a loving and caring mother and friend who will be missed by all that knew her.

Rhonda is survived by her husband, Michael Rhodes of Longview; daughter, Kaitlyn Fowler of Longview; aunt, Eva and husband Clyde Dickens of Lufkin; cousins, Greg Dickens of Converse, Louisiana and Cheryl Nixon of Carthage; best friend, Kelli Rist of Illinois and her daughters, Adrianna and Hayley Rist of Illinois and other loving family members.
